Bass n' Me

I just got done practicing our set again tonight. I'm learning to pick softer so that my hands dont become as tired as they usually do. I found that when I pick softer, my fills sound more natural as well. I had a fun time jamming alone, but it's always better with the band. I'm focusing on getting my timimg wit hthe music down perfectly, then i will start focusing on rocking out. If I rock too hard, my timing goes off a ton. Hopefully my muscle memory will kick in this winter when I know the songs perfectly. I'm thinking about laying down the bass to some songs to a click track this week, so Dan can just put his drums over the bass track. Then all we need is guitars and vocals. I don't know if I am goign to use this method though. The demos will sound a lot cleaner if the songs are laid to a click.
